Our mentorship programs for youth includes a variety of engaging initiatives that focus on resilience and strength-building, offering activities that promote mental toughness and perseverance. Some aim to guide our youth in turning their lives around and discovering their values and forging a path towards personal growth and success. We have programs that introduce young individuals to professional attire and grooming skills, enhancing their confidence and preparing them for future opportunities. We also provide a platform for young entrepreneurs to develop their business ideas and foster innovation and networking. Utah Empowered also has a collection of mentors who qualify as motivational speakers. These gentlemen are the “been the been there, done that and got the T-shirt” type subject matter experts type who are willing to come to your youth organization and share their experiences in engaging presentations. And lastly, our community action program will aim to demonstrate the value of giving back through volunteer projects in their local neighborhoods.
