The Spartan Project is dedicated to empowering young minority men aged 14 to 18 to reach their full potential. Through a 12-week program, we equip them with essential life skills, knowledge, exposure to professional business careers and core values to become resilient, compassionate, and successful men in their communities.

Empowering young men affected by or involved in the juvenile justice system
The Valor Initiative is dedicated to cultivate courage, bravery, and resilience in the face of adversity. Through mentorship, education, and support, we aim to guide these individuals towards a path of transformation, instilling in them the knowledge, determination and drive needed to overcome challenges and build a brighter future.

UEC Youth Incubator
To empower young men to improve their confidence and self-presentation through better dressing.
The Incubator Program equips young men with entrepreneurial skills and resources to launch successful businesses. Sponsored and mentored by seasoned business owners within minority communities in Utah, participants engage in a comprehensive curriculum focused on business development, financial literacy, and essential tools for success. Through mentorship, workshops, and hands-on experiences, this program empowers diverse backgrounds to make a lasting impact.
